Анотація: The purpose of studying the discipline is to acquire knowledge of the balanced scorecard, which is used to determine the effectiveness of managing the foreign economic activity of an enterprise. The main objectives of teaching the academic discipline are: to substantiate the importance of economic and financial indicators in the management of international activity, to study the key aspects of constructing the company’s financial statements, balance sheet, profit and loss reporting of the company, cash flow cycles, indicators of liquidity and financial stability of enterprises, assessment of the company’s value, financial leverage, system of indicators for assessing the company’s product portfolio; determine the ratio of costs, sales volumes and profits and the efficiency of foreign trade operations; consider a strategic approach to building a balanced system of indicators for an enterprise, adapted to its needs, stage of the life cycle and the specifics of foreign economic activity; to establish effective control of the foreign economic activity of an enterprise, study different methods of planning and monitoring activities, in particular the SMART method.
