Annotation: The aim of the course is to develop students’ practical skills in building, organizing, and developing project teams in a modern business environment. The course focuses on teamwork, team member motivation, role allocation, work planning, the use of digital tools, and the development of students’ ability to implement business ideas in conditions of change and uncertainty.
