                     STAND POSTER (PART 1)

The  first part of the requirements to  stand poster includes the following 24 items:

1) you, as the author of the poster, are a registered participant of a certain conference or other scientific event, and the theme of the poster corresponds to the main theme of this particular conference or other scientific event;

2) the desired size of your scientific poster has been specified by the conference organizers, such as "The area of the report is 63x90 cm (the report can be presented on a poster of A1 format (63x90 cm) or on 9 sheets of A4 format (21x30 cm))";

3) it is provided that the viewer will not spend more than 10-15 minutes to get acquainted with the information of your poster, gradually moving his gaze from the upper left to the lower left with the ability to recognize the text in clear inscriptions at a distance of 1.5-2 m from it;

4) the design of the poster is chosen according to the best version of several drafts;

5) the most important information is placed in the upper left corner and center, because the viewer's attention is first focused on them, and only then moved to the lower right corner, and finally - to the lower left and upper right corners with photos and design elements;

6) it is taken into account that the optical center of the page is 1/8 higher than its geometric center;

7) text fragments not longer than 150 words are given, and the text without pictures does not occupy more than 1/4 of the whole area of the stand, the text field is 50%;

8) excessive variegation is eliminated, the functionality of the poster information is preserved - ie visual simplicity is observed without loss of information content;

9) colloquial expressions, jokes, etc. are not used, and scientific observance is observed;

10) selected or striped with a width of about 40 characters or modular design of the location of content content;

11) the titles of the poster blocks do not match in height;

12) the title of your poster is the main idea you want to convey to the audience - (preferably intriguing and attracting the attention of viewers); the selected title - no more than 2 lines at the top;

13) proven relevance of the issues raised;

14) it is proved that the bold goals for your project have been fulfilled, and the conclusions correspond to the set goals;

15) it is proved that you used modern original research methods based on the works of well-known scientists and self-performed experiment;

16) the obtained results are reliable and interesting;

17) available list of your previous related projects, abstracts or other scientific works;

18) the specified educational institution, class and scientific supervisor; 1

9) your name is placed under the title of the report, and the photo - in the upper right corner of the poster;

20) the main points from each section of your work are identified, a brief overview of each section is written and the most important results are crystallized;

21) certain parts are combined in the form of graphic information, drawings and photos are circled for expressiveness with a thin black outline;

22) used short specific, unambiguous sentences, understandable to the general public, the placement of certain text in the blocks of Smart Art figures;

23) deciphered symbols;

24) there are no more than 3 basic colors of design, which clearly differ in shade, and the background of the poster is a soft pastel tones.
