Annotation: The discipline allows you to master the basic concepts of the theory of finance, such as financial systems, genesis and evolution of finance, development of financial science, financial policy, tax system, fiscal policy and budget deficit, public debt, and financial security. In the conditions of distance learning, the independent work of students has a very important role in the assimilation of knowledge and the formation of professional competencies. Independent work of students is understood as planned educational, and research work of students, which is performed outside the classroom time under the guidance of the Lecturer but without his direct participation.
