Annotation: The aim of the course is to develop and enhance students’ practical foreign language communication skills in English across various types of language activities, in accordance with topics related to their future professional activities. The course “Foreign Language (English)” is developed to increase students’ ability to obtain and process up-to-date professional information from foreign-language sources; to engage in oral monologic and dialogic communication in everyday, socio-political, general and professional contexts; and to translate texts on general topics from English into Ukrainian.
