Desing and objectives of the subject
Desing: mastering of scientific provisions of regulation of social and labor relations at the micro, meso and macro level, the principles and methods of valuation, planning and organization of work at the company, the formation mechanism of motivation in the workplace, efficient use of labor resources.
- formation of knowledge of the regularities of labor market development and characteristics of employment of population in the economy in the agricultural sector and in rural areas;
- acquisition of skills in organization of work processes in various fields of agriculture;
- mastering the techniques and methods of valuation of work;
- study of motivational behavior of employees, the ability to use adequate for these conditions wage system;
- mastering the methods of analysis of social processes and the ability to use the techniques of social partnership;
- familiarization with experience of international organizations in the field of social and labor relations.
As a result of subject learning student should:
know: the specificity of agricultural labor, the essence of social and labor relations, forms of employment and unemployment, the foundations of social protection of workers, general principles of labor organization, types and forms of division and cooperation of labor, rational regime of work and rest, methodical position of valuation of work in agricultural work, organizational and economic foundations payment fees, forms and systems of remuneration and conditions of their application, international experience of regulation of social and labor relations, etc.;
be able: analyze the state of formation and use of labor resources in the national economy, to practice techniques and methods of social dialogue in the collective-contractual regulation of social and labor relations, scientific approach to process organization and normalization of work, choose a form and pay system, calculate fees and calculate salaries to employees, ground lines to increase productivity, employment of population, improvement of labor motivation.
Contents of the subject
CONTENT MODULE I. Social and labor relations and normalization of labor in agriculture (60 hours).
Topic 1. Work as a sphere of life and a factor of production (8 hours).
Consider the work as an object of the subject, its social and economic role; nature of social and labor relations (SLR); features of agricultural labor; structure and objectives of the subject; subject and methods of the course.
Topic 2. Labor resources and labor potential of society (9 hours).
Highlights the characteristics of the population, labor resources, essence, formation and structure; the role and place of labor resources in agrarian sector of economy; indicators for assessing the use and reproduction of labor resources; labor potential of society; labor productivity: the nature and indicators.
Topic 3. Social and labor relations as a system (8 hours).
Considers the main components of the system SLR; Sides and subjects of SLR; kinds, types and levels of ETS; quality of working life as a criteria for the state of the SLR; SLR models in international practice and their importance for Ukraine.
Topic 4. Organization and methodological principles of valuation of labor (8 hours).
Highlights the essence and objectives of valuation labor; types of labor standards; organization of development of normative materials on labor; dismemberment of production processes in order to study the methods of work measurement; ways of studying labor processes and costs of work time; Classification and balance of the costs of work time.
Topic 5. The standardization of work on mechanized field works (9 hours).
Considers the characteristic standard formed factors for mechanized field works; certification of agricultural land determination of group of field; method of valuation of labor on mechanized field works.
Topic 6. The standardization of work in livestock (9 hours).
Highlights key standand formed factors and certification of livestock buildings; method of calculating the standards of care in livestock; application features of analytical and calculating method of element method of valuation of labor in the industry; calculation of the number of workers on livestock farms.
Topic 7. The standardization of hand and transport operations (9 hours).
The features valuation of labor on manual work; main standard formed factors on transport works; valuation of labor on transport works; economic efficiency of application and implementation of labor standards.
CONTENT MODULE II. The theoretical basis of organization and payment of labor in agricultural enterprises (60 hours).
Topic 8. Organization of work in agriculture production (8 hours).
Highlights concept and basic principles of work processes; the essence of the division of labor, its types and forms; scope of division of labor and their importance; cooperative labor and its forms; forms of labor groups and their classification. Considering work conditions and factors of their formation; rational regime of work and rest periods of disability rights; compiling routine working hours and variable work schedules; concepts and types of jobs, their organization; service jobs, its types and forms; certification and streamlining jobs.
Topic 9. General provisions on remuneration of labor (10 hours).
Highlights essence of income of population and sources of their formation; components and principles of organizing remuneration of labor; state regulation of remuneration of labor; Characteristics of general and sectoral tariff agreements; tariff system of remuneration of labor, its components and application; forms and system of remuneration of labor.
Topic 10. Remuneration of labor in plant growing (8 hours).
The questions of application of remuneration of labor in plant growing; current advance payment and stimulating of productive labor during the year; bonuses, extra charges and bonuses for the final results of the calculation rates of labor remuneration; stimulation of labor in harvesting, preparation of feed and features remuneration of labor of certain categories of workers.
Topic 11. Remuneration of labor in livestock, agricultural managers and specialists of enterprises (10 hours).
Highlights especially the use of remuneration of labor in livestock; determining the rates for remuneration of labor and settlement prices for the products; natural remuneration of labor and awarding of livestock farmers; stimulation for professional development and work experience; remuneration of labor of management personnel of agricultural enterprises.
Topic 12. Employment and social protection of population (8 hours).
Considers the essence of employment and its forms; state guarantees of employment; Unemployment and its forms; State guarantees and compensation in case of loss of work; State social standards.
Topic 13. Formation and functioning of the labor market (8 hours).
Highlights the content and structure of the labor market in the social and economic system; types and segments of the labor market; functions of the labor market.
Topic 14. International Labor Organization (ILO) and the international experience of regulation social and labor relations (8 hours).
Considers history of the formation and development of the ILO; organizational structure and working order of ILO; aims and directions of activity of the ILO; International Labor Migration: Causes and main directions; foreign experience in regulating the SLR.
