Annotation: The short history of industrial biotechnology, classic and modern biotechnological methods and techniques of work with microorganisms - producers, which used in industrial biotechnology, are resulted in the course. The methods of pure and enrichment cultures obtaining, the cultivation of the aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, physiological and biochemical properties of microorganisms-producers of commercially important materials, microbial growth in batch and continuous culture are represented.
