Annotation: The aim of the course "Production Systems Management" is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in organizing, planning, and optimizing production processes at enterprises of various industries, as well as an understanding of the essence and structure of production systems, the principles of their design and functioning, and modern approaches to managing production efficiency. During the course, students study methods of production planning and scheduling, inventory and resource management, quality control systems, and lean production tools; they develop the ability to analyze the current state of production processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop evidence-based recommendations for their improvement, as well as to apply both quantitative and qualitative management methods and make informed decisions under conditions of limited resources and uncertainty.
