Creation and development of the project team

The study discipline dedicated to provide analysis of team roles, management of factors influencing the performance of team and group work. Students are expected to gain professional skills to manage project team development and to build team communications. The course is to promote ability for self-development, lifelong learning and effective self-management in project management.
