Annotation: The discipline "Jurisprudence" is aimed at forming in students a thorough set of knowledge and a holistic idea of the regularities and specifics of the development of the state and law. The goal is to acquaint students with the basic teachings about the essence of the state and law, about the foundations of the constitutional system of Ukraine, civil, labor, family, and criminal law; to form the skills of lawful behavior, to raise confidence in the need for strict observance of the principle of the rule of law.
